Vocational Evaluation

Upon admission, each client participates in an assessment period of 20 working days. Facilitated by our vocational evaluator, the assessment process is designed to identify the individual’s skills, interests, and areas of growth.

Vocational Counseling

Following the evaluation period, each client is assigned a Program Specialist to support them in their vocational growth. With the assistance of their Program Specialist, the individual will develop vocational goals to be reviewed on a quarterly basis and assessed annually. Clients are involved in each step of their support planning to develop independence and self-determination.
